When I was about 10, I was introduced to the Arby's® Beef and Cheddar sandwich. It was love at first bite! Tender roast beef, melty cheddar cheese, tangy BBQ sauce...such a great combination of flavors! These sliders totally remind me of an Arby's Beef and Cheddar sandwich! I'm not kidding!
Beef and Cheddar Sliders
There's just something about sliders that make them the perfect football food. They're small and easy to eat and they're fun! They are small enough to be considered a snack, but hearty enough to become a meal. These oven-baked sliders made with Hawaiian rolls are a fun party food, for any occasion! They are a great option when you need to bring something delicious to share to a party. I like to make them in a disposable alumumin pan for easy clean up and super portability!
But you don't have to make them in a disposable pan. You can use any pan you like. I found that a 12-count package fit pretty nicely in a 9" x 13" size pan.
I like that this recipe is customizable. You can use your favorite BBQ sauce in this recipe or make your own.
If you happen to have any leftover roast beef , this is a perfect way to repurpose those leftovers! But, I usually just use deli meat.
