Easy Smoked Salmon Dip
Prep time: 10 MinTotal time: 10 Min
Delicious smoked salmon dip made with cream cheese and smoked salmon that makes the perfect accompaniment for crackers, raw vegetables, or bagels
Ingredients
- 8 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 4 - 6 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
- 2 TBSP capers
- 1 tsp. dried dill or 2 tsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. (or more to taste) prepared horseradish (optional)
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 TBSP snipped chives (optional)
- 2-3 TBSP milk, as needed for consistency
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Add enough milk to make the right consistency. (you can also use a food processor to combine everything). Spoon into serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use full fat cream cheese and sour cream in place of the lower fat versions.

DeleteAre used fresh salmon that I had grilled the night before. Added liquid smoke to it, several drops of Worcestershire sauce, some sprinkles of dill dried, a sprinkle of Tony’s seasoning and it turned out delicious!
