Sunday Supper is partnering with Gallo Family Vineyards and pairing seasonal wines for the holidays. I'm here to tell you about my new favorite wine...Gallo Family Vineyards Pink Moscato
It's sweet and bubbly and just the way I like it. I know some prefer drier and less sweet wines, but for those of us on the "sweet white wine" team, Gallo Pink Moscato is a winner!

This Bacon Pineapple Jalapeño Cheese Ball pairs perfectly with Gallo® Pink Moscato. I'm not a huge wine connoisseur but I know what I like, and isn't that all that is important?
This sweet and savoury cheese ball recipe pairs great because it's a little sweet, a little hot and has a cream cheese base which tastes great with sweet white wines. The addition of salty bacon just takes it over the top!
It makes a great appetizer for all your holiday celebrations! I like to serve it with buttery crackers.
How do you make an easy cheese ball?
How do you make a cream cheese ball?
It's easy to make a cream cheese ball. Start with cream cheese that's at room temperature. To help mold the shape, line a small bowl with plastic wrap. In another bowl, combine all the cheese ball ingredients. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the plastic wrap lined bowl and bring up the sides of the plastic wrap to create a ball shape. Put the plastic wrapped ball and bowl into the refrigerator to chill.
Once chilled, it will hold its ball shape or you can shape it into any shape you like. You can then roll it in whatever ingredients you are covering it in. With this Bacon Pineapple Jalapeno Cheese Ball recipe, that's walnuts. Place on platter and store in refrigerator until just before you are ready to serve.
