An easy and delicious baked egg recipe! Make it for one or for a crowd. Spice it up as much as you can handle it! Keep the yolks runny, or bake them up solid. It's all in how you like it!
Seriously, this baked egg recipe could not be easier...or more delicious! Served with some toasted bread along side for dipping, it really cannot be beat! The spicy Habanero hot sauce lends the perfect amount of heat... when adjusted by you.
You really cannot beat the goodness of eggs for breakfast, or really any meal of the day. I like my eggs runny, and I probably over cooked this one a little longer than I would have liked (still so delicious!) , so be sure to keep an eye on them so they cook to the way you like your eggs.
